Anime is a culture because the people who are into it absolutely love it. As a personal anime lover, anime is the best kind of art on tv. It's so awesome to watch all of the characters and the story lines are alway intriguing. Also there is only a certain percentage of people who watch anime religiously and that's why I consider it a culture.
